👉🏻 The definition of “crazy talk” has been redefined.
👉🏻 If you’re now working from home and you weren’t at all before, then you always could have. You just weren’t “allowed.” Think about that. Hopefully the flexibility sticks.
👉🏻 At the same time…. many are learning that working from home isn’t as awesome as they imagined it would be.
👉🏻 Suddenly, everyone is video calling and no one cares a much what they’re wearing or how “camera ready” they are. We seem to have gotten over ourselves (somewhat).
👉🏻 Showing up to work sick will no longer be viewed as “commitment.” It will be viewed as a danger to others.
👉🏻 2nd grade is more difficult than I remember.
👉🏻 Ignorance is perhaps more contagious than a special pathogen. It’s “just the flu,” right?
👉🏻 Most us don’t know what we’re doing. We’ve never been through this before. But we’re all doing the best that we can. Be kind. Then be kinder. ❤️
